Prices include linen and bath towels, pool cleaning, electricity and gas but heating will be charged in winter months. The house will be cleaned every week and you will have a change of linen and towels. There is a final cleaning charge of Euros 125 per house payable on departure to the cleaner. The security deposit is £500 per house.
